What happens if I am late in returning the rental van?

If you exceed the scheduled return time by one hour, you will incur a full-day charge.

What do I do in case of an accident?

What happens to the fuel in the rental van?

You pick up the car from Van Rental Thessaloniki with a full tank and return it with a full tank. Our company recommends the use of EKO’s Diesel Avio Double Filtered for greater fuel economy and avoiding technical problems on your routes.

Can I drive as many kilometres as I want?

When renting a van from Van Rental Thessaloniki, you are entitled to drive 100 km per day. For any additional kilometres, there is an extra charge.

Do I need to pay a prepayment to make a reservation?

A prepayment is only required if there is limited availability of vans for hire.

Which method is used to pay the rent?

Payment of the rent can be made by bank deposit or debit/credit card, as well as by cash. In the case of a bank deposit, the tenant’s full name and telephone number must be mentioned.

Can I rent a van from Van Rental Thessaloniki without a credit card?

In order to rent a van from Van Rental Thessaloniki, you are required to have a VISA/Mastercard credit card in the name of the driver or the company that will write the invoice, for the payment of the guarantee. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us.

Have the vans been disinfected for coronavirus?

All vans in the Van Rental Thessaloniki fleet are delivered after an interior and exterior cleaning. Note that inside, all surfaces are also disinfected against coronavirus.
